Our Mission
To empower individuals and organizations across Malawi with the knowledge, resources, and support to prioritize mental health and promote holistic well-being.
Rugare Mental Health Organization is a youth-led, registered nonprofit founded in 2023, dedicated to tackling Malawi's pressing mental health challenges. We work to increase awareness, break stigma, and foster positive attitudes toward mental well-being — in communities, schools, and workplaces.
Today, we bring that same passion and expertise to corporate Malawi — helping organizations build psychologically healthy workplaces where people, and business, can truly thrive.
